GETTING IN
QHow do I get access to the platform?Your club admin sends you an invitation from noreply@coachesvoice.com (subject: “You have been invited to Surf Nation”). Open it, click Accept and set your password. It expires in 14 days — if it has, ask your admin to resend it. Full walkthrough: Logging in to your platform.
QWhat’s my club’s platform address?Every Surf club has its own address. Find yours on Getting started with Surf Nation — click your club and you’ll land on its login page. Worth bookmarking.
QI forgot my password. What do I do?On your club’s login page, click Forgot password, enter your email and we’ll send you reset instructions.
QI haven’t received my invitation email.Check your spam or junk folder first. Still nothing? Ask your club admin to resend it, or email surfsupport@coachesvoice.com.
