A Course is a structured learning pathway that allows Club Admins to group modules together into a licence or CPD programme. It enables Admins to create structured learning pathways, enrol specific coaches, assign trainers, track individual progress, and communicate directly within the course.

Adding Modules to a Course
Once the course has been created, you must add the modules that form part of the licence.
To Add Modules
Go to Club Settings > Courses.
Select the course you have created.
Click the Activities tab.
Add the modules you wish to include.
Only modules added under Activities will form part of the course structure.
Enrolling Coaches and Assigning Trainers
After adding modules, you must assign participants and course overseers.
To Enrol Coaches
Open the relevant course.
Click the Coaches tab.
Add the coaches you want enrolled.
To Assign Trainers
Click the Trainers tab.
Add the Admin users who will manage the course.
Trainers can monitor progress and communicate with coaches within the course.
Viewing Coach Progress
Admins can monitor progress at any time.
To View Progress
Go to Club Settings > Courses.
Select the relevant course.
Click on a coach’s name.
You will see two tabs: Progress and Message Centre.
