Club Access & Profile Setup
Once your club is registered, you’ll receive a unique club domain to log in. This dedicated domain ensures your club’s platform is secure, personalised, and tailored specifically to your organisation.
Step 1: Logging In
Use the club domain link provided during registration to access your club’s platform.
Enter your login credentials to sign in.
** Forgotten your club domain please email support@coachesvoice.com
Step 2: Accessing Club Settings (Admin access only)
After logging in:
Click your initials in the top-right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, select “Club Settings.”
Within Club Settings, click “Club Profile.”
Step 3: Editing Your Club Profile (Admin access only)
In the Club Profile section, you can:
Update your Club Name
Set the correct Time Zone
Select your Club Colour Scheme to align with your branding
Upload a Club Logo for consistent visual identity across the platform
Keeping this information up to date helps personalise your club’s experience and ensures smooth communication for all members.
Admin Privileges
On the right-hand side of Club Settings, you’ll see additional tabs that provide access to key administrative tools, including:
Managing users (coaches, trainers, and admins)
Assigning licences
Monitoring course progress
Sending communications via the Message Centre
These features are available only to users with admin privileges, so be sure the appropriate roles are assigned to the right individuals.
