Club Reporting

Club Reporting is a feature available exclusively to Club Admins that provides detailed insight into how coaches are engaging with the learning platform. It allows you to monitor coach activity, track progress, and manage licence usage supporting informed decision making, accountability, and effective development planning.

Accessing Club Reporting

To access reporting:

  1. Click your initials/avatar in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Select Club Settings from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click Reporting.

What Club Reporting Tracks

Active Coaches

  • Displays the number of coaches who have accepted their invitation and currently have an active account on the platform.

Seats Usage

  • Shows how many coaching licences are in use compared to the total purchased
     (for example, 5 of 10 licences used).

Target Completion

  • Tracks whether coaches have met the targets set for them.

Coach Learning Status

A per-coach overview, including:

  • Modules In Progress, Completed, or Failed

  • CPD points earned (Continuing Professional Development) for the season

  • Target met.

  • Lifetime CPD (Continuing Professional Development).

  • Daily visits

Module Status

A per-module summary showing:

  • The number of coaches who are active, in progress, completed, or failed for each module

Coach Group Reporting

Group-based reporting that includes:

  • Progress status for each coach within the group

  • Total CPD points accumulated by the group

Event reporting

This shows any events which have been published

  • The event title, type of event (eg: in person, webinar ect) , Start date and time of the event and how many attendees. 

Reporting Filters

All reports can be filtered by date, making it easy to track trends, monitor progress over time, and compare data across different periods.
