Club Reporting

Club Reporting is a feature available to Club Admins that provides detailed insights into how coaches are using the learning platform. It helps monitor coach activity, progress, and licence usage — enabling better decision-making, accountability, and development planning.

How to Access Reporting

1. Click your initials/avatar in the top right-hand corner.
   
   

2. Select Club Settings from the dropdown.
   
   

3. Select Reporting

What Club Reporting Tracks

1. Number of Active Coaches
   
   

   • How many coaches currently have accepted the invite and have an active account on the platform.
     
     

2. Licences Used
   
   

   • Tracks how many coaching licences are in use out of the total purchased (e.g., 5/10).

3. Coaches met 
   
   

   • Tracks how coaches have met the target set.

4. Coach Learning Status
   
   

   • Per-coach view of:
     
     

     1. Modules In Progress, Completed, or Failed
        
        

     2. CPD points earned (Continuing Professional Development)
        
        

5. Module Status
   
   

   • Per-module summary:
     
     

     1. Number of coaches who are active, in progress, completed, or failed for each module.
        
        

6. Coach Group Status
   
   

   • Reporting per coach-group
     
     

     1. Coach progress statuses
        
        

     2. Group-wide CPD point totals

All reports can be filtered by date, making it easy to track trends and compare data over time.
