Coach Groups are used to organize coaches who share similar roles, interests, or training needs. This simplifies:
Performing batch actions (like enrolling multiple coaches in a module)
Filtering reports by group (e.g., “First Team”)
Coaches can be in multiple Groups, but they don’t see which groups they belong to.
How to Create a New Group
Click your initials/avatar in the top right-hand corner.
Select Club Settings from the dropdown.
Click on ‘Coach Groups’
Select ‘Create Group’
Fill in:
Group Title (required)
Group Description (required)
Click ‘Add’
Your new group will now appear in the Coach Groups list

Once the group is created:
Open the Coach Groups list
Select the desired group
Use the interface to select coaches
Add them to the group
