Coach Groups

 Coach Groups are used to organize coaches who share similar roles, interests, or training needs. This simplifies:

  • Performing batch actions (like enrolling multiple coaches in a module)

  • Filtering reports by group (e.g., “First Team”)

Coaches can be in multiple Groups, but they don’t see which groups they belong to.


How to Create a New Group

  1. Click your initials/avatar in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Select Club Settings from the dropdown.

  3. Click on ‘Coach Groups’

  4. Select ‘Create Group’

  5. Fill in:

    • Group Title (required)

    • Group Description (required)

  6. Click ‘Add’

  7. Your new group will now appear in the Coach Groups list


➕ Adding Coaches to a Group

Once the group is created:

  1. Open the Coach Groups list

  2. Select the desired group

  3. Use the interface to select coaches

  4. Add them to the group
