When your club is registered, you’ll be provided with a unique club domain to log in. This ensures that your club’s environment is personalised and secure.
Step 1: Logging In
Use the club domain link provided during registration to access your club's platform.
Enter your credentials to log in.
Step 2: Accessing Club Settings
Once logged in:
Click your initials in the top-right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, select “Club Settings.”
Within Club Settings, click on “Club Profile.”
Step 3: Editing Your Club Profile
In the Club Profile section, you can:
Update your Club Name
Set the correct Time Zone
Choose your Club Colour Scheme (to match your branding)
Upload a Club Logo for visual consistency across the platform
Keeping these details accurate helps personalise your club’s experience and ensures smooth communication with all members.
Admin Privileges
On the right-hand side, you'll find additional tabs under Club Settings. These give you access to key administrative tools and permissions, such as:
Managing users (coaches, trainers, admins)
Assigning licences
Overseeing course progress
Sending communications via the Message Centre
These features are only available to users with admin privileges, so make sure the right people have the correct roles assigned.
