Creating a Module

A Module is a structured content container designed to organise and present learning materials to users. It functions as the top-level element within your content hierarchy and is the primary item users access on the platform.

Each module enables you to define and manage key information, including:

• Title
  
  

• Description
  
  

• Thumbnail image
  
  

• Publication status
  
  

Important: A module must contain at least one unit and thumbnail before it can be saved or published.

How to Create a Module

1. From the homepage, click your initials/avatar in the top-right corner.
   
   

2. Select Club Settings from the dropdown menu.
   
   

3. Navigate to the Modules tab.
   
   

4. Click Create Module.
   
   

5. Enter a Module Title.
   
   

6. Add a Description.
   
   

7. Upload a thumbnail image (JPG or PNG format).
   
   

8. Click Create Unit and add at least one unit.
   
   

9. Return to the module page once the unit has been created.
   
   

10. Set the Status to Published.
    
    

11. Click Create to finalise the module.
    
    

Once published, the module will be visible and accessible to users.
